Product description
This set includes two identical cooling racks, each measuring 15 inches long by 10.2 inches wide. They are constructed from 100% stainless steel for corrosion resistance and to avoid any leaching of unwanted materials into food. The build is sturdy enough to support heavier items without flexing.
Raised feet and evenly spaced wires promote consistent air circulation beneath baked goods so items cool and brown evenly. The racks fit most standard ovens and are safe to clean in the dishwasher, though they can also be rinsed and hand-washed without difficulty.
Each rack has hinged, flexible feet that swing out beyond 90 degrees to provide roughly 3.5 inches of clearance when fully open, enabling a stable stack on top of another rack for a two-tier arrangement. When the feet are folded, the profile reduces to about 1.3 inches for compact storage in cabinets or drawers.
Wires are densely and securely welded to prevent small pastries from falling through, and the arced foot design helps prevent sliding on surfaces. Edges are smoothed for safe handling and the polished finish keeps the racks looking bright even after repeated use.
These racks are versatile in the kitchen: they slide into 16" x 11" or larger sheet pans, combine into a two-tier cooling solution, and are useful for cooling pastries, roasting and draining meats, dehydrating jerky, and draining grease or liquids from cooked foods.

Fits proofing box nicely
They fit my Brod & Taylor proofing box unexpectedly well. I didn't need two but the extra one is handy. I placed two 1.5 lb loaf pans below and a sandwich loaf on top; if you proof to the rim you may need smaller pans.
