PureRelief XL Electric Heating Pad — 12 x 24 in. Therapeutic Pad
Product description
Targeted, full-area heat therapy: The XL 12" x 24" pad delivers heat across large muscle groups—back, shoulders, abdomen, legs and areas affected by menstrual cramps—so you can ease tension and soreness without constant repositioning.
Quick warm-up and adjustable settings: Built with a fast-heating system and an ergonomic detachable LCD controller, the pad offers six temperature levels that range from approximately 105°F to 140°F for graduated warmth. The higher wattage design is intended to reduce warm-up time so relief comes quickly.
Dry or moist treatment: Use the pad as a dry heat source or for moist heat therapy. For deeper penetration, lightly mist the surface with a spray bottle before use. Safety is supported by an automatic two-hour shut-off to prevent overheating and conserve power.
Comfortable, washable materials and long reach: The exterior is made from soft microplush fabric that is gentle on skin and removable for machine washing, making upkeep simple. A 9-foot power cord provides flexibility for use while seated, reclining, or in bed.
What's included and warranty: The package contains the detachable LCD controller and a storage bag. The product is backed by a five-year manufacturer warranty and customer support to address issues and provide replacement or service when needed.

Simple and comfortable to use
Comfortable and lightweight. Heating works okay — sometimes I toggle power to boost warmth. Helps with muscle pain to an extent; heat settings are useful but handle with care.

Supportive customer care and long cord
Love the longer cord and the range of heat levels — low is warm and high is very hot. I use it almost daily, even to pre-warm bedding. After ~10 months the controller started faulting; the company promptly asked for purchase info and replaced it despite heavy use and my cat sitting on it.

Soft, dependable performance
Bought in 2018 and still consistent. Heats evenly and faster than the thin plastic models; much more comfortable to use.

Initially lukewarm, then fine
At first it didn’t seem very hot, but after a couple uses it warmed up and has been working well since.

Much nicer than plastic pads
Feels far better than my old crinkly plastic unit and has a removable cover I can wash. It doesn’t get extremely hot, but that’s fine for regular soothing use.

My go-to heating pad
This is my fourth one — big, plush, quick to heat and easy to fold for storage. It covers the whole back or folded for the neck. It seems to last about 3–4 years with frequent use, but performance and comfort are excellent.

Recomendado
Producto recomendado. No es muy caliente, justo para alivio interno; mantenerlo tibio funciona bien para dolores constantes.

Arrived used and failed quickly
Received a repackaged item with labels tampered, and it only produced heat for about 15 minutes. Return was approved but I never got follow-up contact.

Packaging opened and voltage unclear
Box appeared opened and repackaged. The unit lists 120 V AC, so I wasn’t sure about using it on 220 V. I was contacted once and told someone would call back, but they didn’t, so I can’t use it due to those doubts.

Worrying smell and temp variance
It worked well but emitted a chemical-like odor when new. Also tested temps and found the top setting far below the expected high — measured about 112–120°F rather than the claimed higher temperature.
