Copper-Infused X-Back Lumbar Brace — Adjustable Lower Back Support
Product description
What’s included: the X-Back lumbar brace with integrated upper and lower adjustable compression straps plus a printed sizing guide to help you select the correct fit.
Sizing and fit: This brace is sold in unisex sizing — S/M fits most women while L/XL and 2XL/3XL cover most men. Measure around your waist at the belly button and consider choosing the larger size if you’re between measurements. The Small size is intended for waists roughly 28–34 inches.
Support structure: The brace uses an X-shaped adjustable strap arrangement with separate upper and lower tension bands so you can customize compression across the lumbar area. The design distributes pressure over a wider surface to reinforce weak lumbar muscles and assist with posture without locking you into a rigid position.
Materials and comfort: Constructed from high-performance vented fabrics, the brace is lightweight and promotes airflow to help keep skin drier during movement. The fabric is infused with copper to help reduce odors during extended wear. The curved lumbar panel is shaped to mimic the spine’s natural contour and offers targeted support for the lower back.
How to use: Put the brace on centered over your lower back, secure the base, then pull the upper and lower straps to the desired compression. It’s intended for use while sitting, walking, driving, lifting, performing workplace duties, or participating in recreational activities where extra lumbar support is desired. The flexible materials allow an unrestricted range of motion while providing posture assistance.
Pros
- Adjustable X-strap system for targeted compression
- Breathable, lightweight copper-infused fabric
- Contoured lumbar panel that follows spine curvature
Cons
- Lumbar pad is relatively narrow and needs precise positioning
- Velcro can loosen for some users during bending
- May require sizing up if between measurements
VerdictThis copper-infused X-Back lumbar brace delivers reliable, tunable compression and a contoured lumbar panel that follows the spine's curve. The vented, lightweight materials keep airflow moving while the upper and lower adjustable straps let you fine-tune support for lifting, standing, or prolonged sitting. Sizing is straightforward if you measure at the belly button and opt to size up when unsure

Noticeable, quick relief for L4–L5 pain
This brace supports my L4–L5 area very well. After putting it on there's a noticeable easing of pain within about 20 minutes, similar to taking a strong OTC pain reliever.

Really helps during activity and chores
I have severe lower lumbar disc damage and wear this while being active. It significantly reduces nerve pain from alignment issues. It's not magic, but I can do yardwork and hikes with much less discomfort.

Comfortable for walking, standing and driving
After a compression fracture a couple years ago I still get aches when I'm on my feet too long. I've tried several braces; this one finally worked for me. It's simple to put on and comfortable on long drives. I managed to finish truck work without aggravating my back. The sizing listed here was accurate for me — I originally ordered too large and passed it to a friend who liked it. Measure and order for your waist size.

Well made but lumbar pad is narrow
The construction is good and it fits my wife well. The lumbar support must sit in exactly the right spot because the pad is on the narrow side. When positioned correctly it helps with mild pain.

Velcro can give way during movement
It covers my old copper brace better, but the hook-and-loop fastener doesn't hold as securely. On some bends the Velcro tends to come undone.

Not a miracle cure, but it brought fast relief
I have compressed and bulging discs from L1–S1 and a hemangioma at L2. After a day I could barely stand, so I ordered this brace and got it quickly. Between stretches, a TENS unit, and rest, the brace gave immediate relief in my upper glutes and made standing feel more stable. Wore it on and off for several days and liked it enough to buy a second.
