Stackable 3.5-Gallon Water Storage Bricks — 4-Pack
Product description
Included in this set are four stackable storage bricks, each holding 3.5 gallons for a combined capacity of 14 gallons. The individual units measure 9" wide by 18" long by 6" high, making them narrow enough to tuck under beds, inside closets, in a garage, or aboard an RV or boat.
Made in the U.S. from food-grade HDPE plastic that is BPA-free, each cube features a molded carrying handle and a wide-diameter opening to allow the average adult to reach in and remove contents by hand. The design accommodates water as well as dry staples like rice, beans, sugar, or pet food, and non-food items such as sand or hunting ammunition.
The bricks are engineered to interlock and stack: they can be cross-stacked two per row and built up to around four feet high in typical configurations, maximizing storage efficiency. The low-profile cube shape also allows creative uses — stacked units can be used as an end table or modular shelving in living and storage spaces.
These containers are intended for long-term preparedness, recreational use, and humanitarian relief situations where portable, reliable water storage is needed. They are light when empty for easy transport and, when filled, offer a manageable weight compared with larger drums.
Pros
- Compact, stackable cube design saves space
- Food-grade, BPA-free HDPE construction
- Wide opening and carry handle for easy use
Cons
- Initial manufacturing odor may be present
- Lid can be awkward to operate with handle attached
- Handles and sealing parts can be perceived as delicate
VerdictA compact, durable option for organized water and dry-goods storage. These 3.5-gallon HDPE bricks are easier to move than larger drums, stack securely to save floor space, and can serve double duty as storage or makeshift furniture. Some users report minor odor initially and lid-handling quirks, but overall they deliver practical, long-term storage in a small footprint.

Exactly what I needed for rural outages
Power outages cut our water supply, so having portable reserves is critical. These bricks stack neatly and take up little room. Filled and cleaned them with filtered water after sterilizing. I had a small leak at first until I reversed the gasket orientation per the maker's instructions; after that they sealed fine.

Interlocking design works well
Great capacity for storage and much easier to move than five-gallon jugs. Interlock feature is excellent; handles could be improved.

Solid, modular storage cubes
Used for organizing emergency gear and camping supplies. They stack tightly, feel rugged, and seal well. The modular shape makes transport and space use efficient — good for preparedness and outdoor trips.

Good for emergency planning
Useful for preparedness. One unit leaked but supplier helped. I'll rotate the water regularly since I was told to expect about a six-month shelf life.

Very sturdy but lid is fiddly
Construction seems durable and long-lasting. However the lid is recessed and difficult to twist with the handle attached — awkward for some users. Size and stackability are spot on.

Space-saving long-term storage solution
I bought these to fit long-term water under my bed; 18 fit horizontally under a queen. New units had a factory smell, so I treated each with diluted bleach, rinsed and dried before filling to ensure sterility and remove odor.

Smart capacity and handy handle
Love the 3.5-gallon size — far more manageable than bigger drums. The handle is comfortable and removable for spigot use, and the bricks stack like oversized building blocks. Stability features seem sensible for safety.
