UV Resin Kit — Hard‑Type Craft Resin for Jewelry Making
Product description
What’s included: This hard-type UV resin set arrives as multiple squeeze bottles with screw-on caps and detachable dispensing nozzles, packaged to provide a total of 1000 g of product for multiple projects.
Materials and performance: Formulated from polyurethane‑acrylic raw materials, the resin is designed for rapid UV light curing. It self-levels and has self-degassing properties to minimize trapped air. After full cure the surface is hard, glossy, non-sticky and engineered to resist yellowing.
How to use: Dispense the resin directly into molds, over bezels, onto small wood items or as a sealing coat. It accepts additives such as mica powder, dyes, glitter and dried botanicals to create custom effects. Thin layers cure fastest; thicker pours may require incremental curing to prevent bubbles and incomplete hardening.
Curing and equipment: Typical cure time under a 36W broad‑spectrum UV lamp is roughly 1–3 minutes per thin layer; effectiveness depends on lamp strength and wavelength (many users find combined 365nm and 395nm output gives reliable results). Always test a small piece to dial in times for your lamp and layer thickness.
Care and safety: Store bottles in a cool, dark place and keep caps tightly closed. Prepare by practicing on scrap pieces, keep bonding surfaces clean and dry, and avoid handling items until fully cured and cooled. Although the formula reduces odor and is marketed as low-odor/low‑VOC, use gloves, eye protection and good ventilation during handling.
Pros
- Cures quickly to a hard, glossy finish
- Clear, non-yellowing result with additives compatible
- Comes in multiple secure bottles with nozzles
Cons
- Requires correct UV wavelength and lamp power
- Can feel tacky before full cure
- PPE and ventilation still recommended
VerdictA fast-curing, hard-finish UV resin kit that delivers clear, durable results for small craft projects. It’s user-friendly for beginners but benefits from correct lamp wavelength and technique; follow safety and storage guidance for best outcomes.

Curing needs the right lamp combo
Useful tip before buying: this resin needs enough UV power and a mix of wavelengths to cure well. It was slightly sticky at first until I used a combination of a 365nm and a 395nm light source. With adequate lamps, pieces cure hard, clear and non-sticky.

Clear drying but use protection
Performs as described and dries clear for my level of work. I recommend wearing a mask and gloves because uncured resin is irritating; cured pieces I’ve kept a year look little changed.

Beginner-friendly and reliable
Good starter resin — the pack has three bottles with screw caps and removable nozzles so nothing spills. It’s tacky until cured, which took about 60 seconds for me, and finished smooth and glossy. I tried gluing an earring back and it popped off, likely my technique, so it’s useful for practice.

Simple and effective
Does what it should — dries fully and I haven’t had problems. Very satisfied.

Exactly as advertised
Arrived with several bottles — one bottle makes multiple small items depending on size. Easy to apply, cures quickly, and remains clear unless you add pigments. Does the job effectively; I’ll reorder.

Good clarity and versatility
Pours without many bubbles when done slowly. Works for jewelry, molds, coatings and small repairs. Gives a clear, glossy finish that resists immediate yellowing. Squeeze-bottle application is straightforward and it hardens reliably in thin layers.

Fast curing and clear finish
Solid resin for small projects. It cures within minutes under my lamp and usually dries crystal clear and shiny. Occasionally pieces came out a bit cloudy, likely dust or uneven curing on my end. Once set it feels sturdy and seals glitter and dried flowers nicely. Odor is mild with ventilation.

Handy nozzle design
Really like the nozzle caps — they make dispensing precise and tidy. Overall a solid resin.
