What you get: one 5" tip cleaner, one 3" tip cleaner, a triple‑flint torch striker, and four replacement flints. The kit also provides a small aluminum storage case to keep the files and tools organized.
Tip cleaner details: each cleaner is stainless steel and contains 13 individual wire files covering sizes that match drill and nozzle openings (#6–#26), capable of addressing drill sizes roughly 77 down to 49. The files come in differing lengths (about 4 1/3" and 2 1/3") and each cleaner includes an extra flat file for scraping deposits and blockages.
Striker and flints: the lighter uses a rotating cylindrical striker that exposes fresh flint when required; a slotted release screw lets you rotate to a new flint position. The replacement set contains four metal holders with three high‑purity flints each for prolonged use. The striker is plated and built to deliver sparks for most industrial gases.
How it’s used: the cleaners are intended for oxy‑acetylene, propane and other fuel nozzles, cutting tips, welding tips, carburetor jets, Bunsen burners and similar small orifices. The striker is suited for igniting oxy‑acetylene, natural gas, propane, methane, propylene and other flammable gases on torches and appliances.
