Simple and effective
Large, soft, and easy to program. It has an automatic two-hour shutoff and can also be set to remain on. I wouldn’t recommend leaving it on indefinitely for safety reasons, but it’s convenient for daily use.

Bought a replacement — still excellent
My second PureRelief; the first lasted about three years before an error code appeared. The 9-foot cord is perfect for my office, fabric is cozy, and it heats fast. I use it for extended sessions and it stays comfortable. I keep it flat when not in use to protect the wires.

Great size but needed a power adapter
Excellent pad for warming and relaxing muscles; the size is ideal. Note: the plug matches US specifications, so in regions with different outlets you’ll need a separate power adapter to use it.

Extremely disappointed — failures after weeks
Ordered two units in June and both failed within a couple of weeks. I paid out of pocket for quicker delivery and expected better durability. This brand used to be my go-to because it heated well and fit my back, but these stopped working far too soon. Customer service obstacles and repeated breakage left me very frustrated.

Big and warm, with decent lifespan
I give it 4.5 stars. This is my second one after roughly 2.5 years of daily use. It heats well—usually don’t go above setting 3—and the controls and cord are easy to use. Material is soft and flexible and there’s no odd smell. Had one malfunction after a few uses but exchanged it within the return window.

Quick relief — pleasant first impression
Impulse buy for a sore back and it arrived fast. The seaglass shade is attractive and the fabric is plush. The cord is long and it came with a dust/travel bag. It’s big enough for my needs, though visualize 20 x 24 before buying if you need extra coverage. Turned on the lowest setting and it warmed up quickly—very comforting.

The build quality seems okay, but even on the highest setting it only gets mildly warm. It didn’t provide the level of heat I expected, so I can’t recommend it for intense pain relief.
