Touchscreen freeze issue (updated)
The touchscreen would become unresponsive sometimes and required reboots, which was frustrating. Recent software updates appear to have fixed the problem and it’s been running smoothly since.

Take care before upgrading
I compared this with an earlier generation and found tradeoffs: my older unit handled high volume with less distortion and felt sturdier in some areas. My new unit also arrived with a microphone hardware error. If audio performance is crucial, test units before committing.
