The base contains a magnetic plate so the cooker is compatible with induction cooktops as well as conventional gas burners. Made from anodized aluminum for improved strength and even heat conduction, the canner has a matte stainless/titanium finish. It reaches working pressure quickly and reduces cooking times substantially, allowing soups, stews, beans, rice, vegetables and meats to cook much faster than standard stovetop methods.
Safety is reinforced with a secure lid lock, a pressure regulation valve to control internal pressure, and an over‑pressure protection mechanism that vents excess steam. A visible indicator shows when the vessel is pressurized, helping to prevent accidental opening.

Lights and delivery issues
The indicator lights didn’t function and customer service mishandled the exchange. I was refunded but the replacement had the same problem, so I returned the unit. Overall a frustrating experience with the delivery and returns.

Pressure and lid problems
Stopped building pressure after a few uses; I have to squeeze the handles tightly to get it to pressurize. The lid also sticks and is hard to open even when there’s no pressure, so I suspect a fault in the locking mechanism.
