32-inch Pine Wooden Habitat for Guinea Pigs, Hamsters & Small Pets
Product description
Habitat for various small animals: This medium cabinet measures 32" x 15.75" x 15.75", providing ample floor space for guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, hedgehogs, gerbils, quail, ferrets and similar-sized animals. It’s designed to give pets more room to move and play without a weight restriction.
Chew-resistant, weather-friendly finish: Constructed from natural poplar wood panels that are coated with polyester on both faces. The double-sided coating helps make the surface water-resistant and less appealing for chewing, while also guarding against corrosion and moisture damage.
Ventilation and viewing: The top incorporates two vents to encourage air circulation and help reduce odors inside the enclosure. A transparent observation window in the lid opens easily, giving multiple viewing angles and straightforward access to the interior.
Assembly details: The unit ships as a disassembled cabinet with a printed instruction manual and the required hardware. The design is intended for home assembly — follow the step-by-step guide and use the recommended tools to put it together.
Customer support note: If any component arrives damaged or broken, contact the seller promptly for replacement parts so you can complete the build.
Normal model note: This listing describes the regular model of the hamster cabinet. The bottom includes pre-drilled holes for alternative configurations; these do not interfere with normal use.

No latch on top
Good build and roomy, but the top access has no latch so I have to weigh it down to stop escapes.

Solid look but tricky assembly
Instructions were hard to follow and a special drill bit is needed. Once built it looks great and the wood is sturdy.

Incomplete and misaligned
Arrived missing parts and the holes didn't line up for assembly. Could not finish building — very disappointing.

Two levels keep them busy
I worried it might be small, but the two-level setup keeps my guinea pigs active. We added a gentler ramp and they use it all day.

Loved by my Syrian, messy to clean
Would be 5 stars with a different removable bottom. Use a liner or it can absorb odors. My Syrian hamster loves it.

Great for my hamster, reinforce the top
My hamster adores it. The clear top panel can pop out if weight is applied, so I reinforced it to keep my cats away.
