Surprisingly good from a skeptic
Fits comfortably behind my knee and helped control swelling after foot surgery. The cloth face prevents the skin from getting overly cold and doesn’t leave you damp. Useful on elbows and other joints too. I recommend getting two so one is always freezing while you use the other.

Did the job despite a small flaw
One strap tended to twist in its buckle and the loop fabric began to fray a little. The hook-and-loop closure is very strong and was a bit uncomfortable on my injured shoulder. The pad froze firmer than expected but remained somewhat flexible by design and kept my shoulder cold for extended periods.

Worked well but leaked after weeks
Used daily on an injured shoulder for six weeks with good results — easy to put on and take off once you get used to it. Unfortunately it developed a gel leak after about six weeks and became unusable. Good while it lasted; I would have liked greater longevity.

Keeps place and cools effectively
Stays secure and does a great job cooling. If you flip to the smooth side halfway through a session it stays cold for about 30 minutes. The flocked side makes the initial chill gentler.

Reliable cooling after shoulder surgery
After a shoulder joint replacement this wrap stayed in place and delivered steady relief. I loop the elastic strap over the good shoulder and tighten; I get roughly 20 minutes of effective cold. In warm weather I add a bandana between skin and pack. Re-freezes quickly and is easy to reuse.

Excellent value and effective cold therapy
Large enough for an adult leg, much colder than my circulating ice machine and mess-free. Straps are long and sturdy and the fastener holds well once wrapped. Helped reduce pain in my ruptured quadriceps and sped recovery. I may get a second one for my back. Always use a thin cloth between skin and pack; covering it with a towel keeps it cold even longer.
