Product description

Features: These wipes are intended for general-purpose precision cleaning where low lint and good wet/dry strength are important. They are suitable for removing solder paste and flux residues, wiping optical components, cleaning lab apparatus and maintaining workstations in controlled environments.

Material: Each sheet is made from a hydro-entangled, nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. This combination gives the wipers the absorbency of natural fiber with the tear resistance and cleanliness of a synthetic material.

Applications: Common uses include SMT electronics production for cleaning excess solder paste, optical and precision instrument wiping, maintenance of printing equipment, lens cleaning, wipe-downs in cleanroom environments, routine electronics and finished-product cleaning, and general instrument surface maintenance.

Package: Sheets measure 4 inches by 4 inches. The pack contains 600 wipes, each with finished edges and sealed in poly bags to preserve cleanliness. The product is available with customization options for alternate sizes, cleanliness specifications, packaging formats and dispensing choices. Small orders, ODM and OEM projects are accepted.

    Ideal with isopropyl alcohol
