Not as described
It’s okay. When I opened it the interior was polished, not actually charred. It wasn’t the genuine burnt oak barrel cup I expected. Don’t waste your money.

Great idea but durability issues
Beautiful and functional at first, but they split. I bought a set for a friend and his split, then ours split, too, despite careful handwashing. They make whiskey feel special, but they don’t seem to hold up long-term.

Improves taste — great support
These glasses made whiskey, bourbon and cognac taste better to me. I bought two and one had a slow leak from the bottom engraving. Replacement arrived the next day with no issue. Friends I’ve asked didn’t have leaks. Excellent customer service and product.

Presentation was disappointing
I bought two as a special gift expecting the nice presentation shown in photos. Mine arrived in damaged cardboard boxes. The cups themselves are fine, but I was very disappointed in the packaging.
