Efficient but a bit bulky
Very effective cutters, but the unit feels large in hand. Charger didn’t fit our outlets, luckily we had a spare. Overall would be 4 stars with the right lead included.

Very impressed — clean, easy cuts
Exceeded my expectations for at-home head shaving. The guards go up to 1" (#8) and stay attached. It handled around the ears well, felt sturdy, and didn’t seem like it would snap mid-cut. Used once so far but results were far better than other DIY runs I’ve had.

Good for buzz cuts, but pulls sometimes
Works fine for maintaining a buzz cut with decent results. Using the #1 guard it sometimes snags hairs even after oiling, which can be uncomfortable.

Does the job — guards galore
Sharp blades make haircuts easier and the many guards offer lots of length choices. I wish it came with a soft case and an adjustable lever like my old set. A small back piece can pop off if you change guards too quickly.

Keeps charge and feels durable
Long battery life — I used it a week apart without recharging. Lightweight and seems robust. The only annoyance is the tiny oil vial; I’ll need to source more lubrication. Not for a very close shave, but great for trimming down before razor use.
