No Puncture Hassle is formulated for modern tubeless systems — it’s compatible with both tubeless-ready and full UST wheels and tyres, making it suitable for downhill, enduro and road bikes. The product is supplied in multiple formats: a 140 ml refill pouch for emergency top-ups, a 1 litre bottle for regular home servicing, and a 5 litre container for workshops or heavy users.
The fluid itself is a latex-based sealant blended with advanced sealing molecules and a UV tracer dye. The latex forms a quick-setting plug while the engineered particles assist in closing larger tears and holes up to 6 mm. It will also help seal porous tyre casings and small bead/rim gaps. The characteristic pink colour includes a fluorescent tracer so you can locate repairs easily with a UV torch.
Engineered to be non-corrosive and rinsable with water, the formula resists balling and maintains effectiveness across a wide pressure and temperature envelope — it operates from around 15 psi up to 120 psi and remains functional between roughly -20°C and +50°C. The 140 ml pouch is shaped to work with Presta valves for convenient on-ride top-ups; larger bottles let frequent riders reduce waste and service multiple tyres.

Arrived suspiciously different
This was my fifth purchase but this bottle looked off: very runny, grey instead of fluorescent pink, a different odor and no glow under a UV torch. I couldn’t trust it and didn’t install it.

Cleans up easily and works reliably
I appreciate how simple it is to wash off and after six years of using it I haven’t had a flat I couldn’t trace back to the sealant doing its job. Easier to handle than some other brands when changing tyres.

Finally a sealant that actually delivers
Easy to install, spreads well and sealed a thorn instantly on my first ride. Pleasant scent compared with others, the UV tracer makes coverage checks quick, and it didn’t dry into clumps over time.
