   Smooth, non-carbon ink but watch smearing

   Writes smoothly and the non-carbon formula keeps pens clear. The only drawback is it can smudge if you touch it before it dries, so be cautious.

   Vibrant peacock color and reliable performance

   Medium-bodied, no clumping and fast-drying. The peacock shade pops on white paper and feeds into the pen smoothly. The bottle mouth is wide enough to fill easily. Shipping took a few extra days but quality made it worthwhile.

   Dependable blue for everyday use

   My go-to blue — smooth, vibrant and easy to clean. Very versatile for school, work or art. One bottle lasted me around a year to a year and a half with regular use.

   Peacock Blue delivers rich tone

   After trying a color that was too light, Peacock Blue really impressed me. Much richer and looks great on paper. Flows nicely in my Jinhao 59 fine — fully satisfied.

   Perfect cool baby pink

   I wanted a cool-toned baby pink and this hit the mark. Not hot pink, legible, and quite wet with nice shading. No bleed-through and works beautifully in my Kaweco Perkeo.

   High shading and great value

   Impressive flow and shading even in western fine and broader nibs. Kept mine in a TWSBI Diamond 580 — great combo. Feels comparable to higher-end inks at a strong value.

   Teal tones shine with shading

   What looks like black/green on the label turns into a lovely deep teal in practice. Fine nibs give clear lines; broader nibs reveal nice gradients. 60ml is generous, it washes out easily and the hefty glass bottle with wide mouth is very practical.

   Consistent, smooth ink

   I've used this for months with no issues. It writes cleanly, the black tone is what I expected, and it hasn't clogged my pen. Not fully waterproof — a little bleed with water — but otherwise solid.

    Consistent quality and a lovely brown

    Hongdian inks match the pens in quality. This dark brown is beautiful and I plan to buy it again and explore other colors.

    Deep black, great for varied nibs

    A very dark black — among the darkest of a dozen samples I tested. Comparable to other high-performing blacks, it flowed well and behaved on both a 1.9mm stub and a tight extra-fine. Drying time is medium; about 20 seconds with a broad stub.
